Frequently asked questions

Do we have to use time tracking?

No. Time tracking is a plugin and not included by default. You can still log time on tasks — working hours, leave and overtime only come in once you switch the plugin on.

What happens as we grow?

You simply invite more members and pay €3.50 net per head from the third one. There are no tiers to switch, and you can cancel monthly.

Can we bring data from other tools?

Contacts come in via Excel or CSV, wiki pages via Word or Markdown. The REST API allows more — talk to us, we help with the move.
