    Frequently asked questions

    Is workYoo really free?

    Yes — for up to two members and 25 MB storage, with no time limit and no credit card. From the third member on, each additional member costs €3.50 net per month.

    Where is our data stored?

    Exclusively on servers in Germany. workYoo is developed and operated by Code Piraten GmbH in Essen; the data centre is ISO 27001 certified.

    Can we move our existing data over?

    Yes. Contacts can be imported from Excel or CSV, wiki pages and documents from Word and Markdown, working hours via CSV. The REST API allows even more — we are happy to help with the move.

    Is there an app?

    workYoo runs in the browser, as a Mac app and with workYoo GO on the iPhone — including Siri, widgets and an NFC time clock. An Android app is planned.

    Can we cancel monthly?

    Yes. Members, storage and plugins are billed monthly and can be reduced at any time.
